Anima Alternative Growth

In May 2024 Anima Alternative started the marketing activity of its third fund, Anima Alternative Growth.

It is a reserved closed-end direct lending fund governed by Italian law, classified under Article 8 of the SFDR, and invests in loans and hybrid capital instruments.

A flexible approach

Anima Alternative Growth's investment policy will continue to implement the hybrid growth-capital strategy across debt and minority equity already pursued by Anima Alternative 1, with the aim of supporting portfolio companies and its shareholders through a wide range of available financial instruments and, at the same time, offering its investors a balanced risk-return profile.

The fund mainly targets Italian companies and on, a residual basis, European companies (within the Eurozone) that classify as SMEs, small-mid caps (up to 500 employees) and mid-caps (up to 3,000 employees).

Focus on ESG

Anima Alternative Growth qualifies as a fund under Article 8 of the SFDR and is committed to invest in companies that have a positive approach to ESG, excluding any companies belonging to unethical sectors or with a high environmental impact.
